I was awestruck when I found these huge iridescent briolettes in a dusty corner of a shop! They are truly gorgeous & it's a pity that my photography skills (or lack of) can not capture the beautiful shimmering colors of the brios*. You have to see this piece in person to truly appreciate its beauty.

* The clear briolette shimmers in every imaginable color depending on the angle you're viewing it from. This effect is also known as an Aurora Borealis effect & was created by Swarovski in the 1956.

Mashita

Another teeny tiny little wonder of vintage loveliness. These little cabochons are a lighter pink shade than depicted above & have a very light green "stem" which you can't really see because of the shadow.
